Why I can´t see all products?

As soon as you have inputted your personal activation ID (see help What is an Activation ID) and pressed Submit ActivationID, you are entitled to see products, which you have purchased. The activation ID shall be inputted in to the following field:
 

If the inputted activation ID is identified, you will find your company name after the text Authorized license owner, see picture below. If your company name is not visible, Reset ActivationID and input it carefully again, because most likely the reason is a spelling error.
